Mug Brownie Confessions I love mug brownies but as one of the billions of people trying to lose weight, eat better and be healthy, I also want my waist line to continue to shrink. So for 2 weeks now I've been trying to find the perfect lower cal mug brownie. After creating ones that tasted like bitter cocoa as bitter as my soul, chocolate marshmallows and one somewhat a mixture of the two. I finally have a recipe; THE recipe, low enough cal to be a healthier option but it isn't bitter or tasteless and it actually had the right texture!! So Here it is: My Mug Brownie 1/4 cup White Flour 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder 1.5 tbsp White Sugar 1/4 cup Water 1 tsp Vanilla 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil A dash of Salt Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients. Combine the two and stir with a fork until smooth.
